The thing about being a regular at a bar is,
the bartender knows what you like, what flavours to recommend.
The result is a very pleasant, very delicious buzz every time…….
and massive tipping
I frequent a small Japanese bistro with a cool whisky selection. They hand-cut the ice balls, etc.
- Me: do you guys make the ice here, or do you buy it?
- Bartender: the ice?
- Me: the ice.
- Bartender: *laughs* we buy it, we cannot make!
